A WhatsApp Product Card Carousel is a feature designed for businesses using WhatsApp Business to showcase multiple products or services in a carousel format directly within a chat. It’s an interactive way for businesses to display their offerings and for customers to browse, inquire, or purchase products seamlessly without leaving WhatsApp.
A product card carousel can be used to display product images, prices, star ratings, and badges. When a user receives a message, they can see interactive buttons for actions like adding to a cart, viewing details options.
A product card carousel can be used to showcase multiple products in a message. Each card can include an image, a short description, and clickable buttons. Businesses can display and sell their product to customers using the product card carousel. Customers can select the item they like and add them to their cart.
Customers can interact with product card carousels by clicking the “View” button on a product they find appealing. This takes them to a detailed product page where they can see the full description, pricing, and other relevant information. From there, they have two options:
- Add to Cart: Customers can add the product to their cart using the “Add to Cart” button. They can select multiple quantities this way.
- Message Business: Customers can click the “Message Business” button to chat directly with the seller on WhatsApp for more details or inquiries.
If a customer chooses to add products to their cart, they will be directed to a page summarizing their selected items, total pricing, and an option to place the order. Once the order is placed, the selected product information is sent to the business, and the customer can view the purchase details using the “View Details” button. This streamlined process makes shopping convenient and efficient, all within the WhatsApp environment.
