A WhatsApp catalogue is a feature in the WhatsApp Business app that allows businesses to share their products and services with customers.
Catalogues are mobile storefronts for e-commerce businesses to showcase and share their products so people can easily browse, discover and select something they would like to buy. Previously, businesses had to send product images one at a time and repeatedly provide information, now customers can see their full catalogue right within the WhatsApp chat. It makes it easier for business owners to keep customers engaged in the chat without directing them to a website. So to send Multiple Product Message Catalogue to customer user can create a broadcast template by adding Catalogue with Template type option and then only they can send Catalogue templates to customers. |
| View and Manage Broadcast Template | In broadcast template page you will see all the templates that you have created along with catalogue templates. You can search catalogue template that you have created with template name and you can easily filter your template to see approved or in review catalogue templates. Also templates status can be updated immediately every time sync button is clicked. |
| How to send MPM catalogue | After creating Multiple Product Message (MPM) Catalogue from Broadcast template user can send their template to their customer using 4 different options from MSGCLUB panel. Apart from using MSGCLUB panel we have also created API to send MPM Catalogue Templates |
