We have added a new template type feature named “Catalogue“ which helps the enterprise to attract the customers towards the product.
Using the Catalogue template type feature, the enterprise is allowed to create a catalogue template in which the user can add product and description and send the template to their customers via WhatsApp chat. When the customer clicks on the template, they can browse more products from the catalogue.
In MSGCLUB, there are three ways to send catalogue templates. First is the simple WhatsApp chat where users can select a chat template and send their catalogue template from the popup. And they can also use the WhatsApp chatbot to send their catalogue template, when customers enter any keyword or reply on any WhatsApp template. Apart from sending catalogue templates from the panel, MSGCLUB also has an option called developer API that businesses can use to send their catalogue template through an API.
