In the MSGCLUB interface, users can create a request location template to obtain their customer’s current location. These templates can be sent to customers in three ways. Users can send them directly through WhatsApp chat or set them with a chatbot to trigger based on specific keywords or WhatsApp template. Additionally, outside the MSGCLUB panel, users can utilize the API provided by MSGCLUB to programmatically send their request location templates.

Send with Chatbot | User can send Request Location template to your customer via chatbot. In MSGCLUB you can create a chatbot that contain Request Location template which will be sent when certain keywords or response is given on any message. |
Send with API | Users who want to send their message by using API instead of panel they can use Developer API from MSGCLUB to send their message. |
