User who want to send product card carousel in simple WhatsApp chat use Chat option in MSGCLUB to send their template.
You can send product card carousel template to customer in Chat by using attachment option and selecting product card carousel template in which you will have to add products or images as per the button type of the template.
How it work
Steps – 1. Sign in to MsgClub with your User Name and Password
Steps – 2. Select Verified WhatsApp service from Dashboard
Steps – 3. Select Chat from the left side panel
Steps – 4. On the chat page, select the client to initiate the chat.
Steps – 5. Click on attachment and select broadcast template.
Note – You can only send the chat template when the client responds to you on WhatsApp chat. Once the client responds, a 24-hour window will open during which you can communicate with the client by sending the chat template. Otherwise, you’ll need to send a broadcast template.
Steps – 6. Select Product Card Carousel Template from WhatsApp template popup.
Steps – 7. In the next page, select cards number and click on Select Product from Catalogue button.
Steps – 8. In the popup, select products from catalogue list and click on confirm to add the product on that card.
Note – You can add images if the button type is URL in Product card carousel or catalogue product if the button was SPM.
Steps – 9. Once you have added all the images or product for every card click on the Send button and your message will be sent to the user
