We have added a new type of template in the verified WhatsApp chat template as an “Provide Address” which can help the enterprises to collect the address details of their customers.
Using the provide address option the enterprise can automatically save and manage the data of the customers.
Examples :-
- E-commerce industries can use the address option to collect their customer’s address via whatsapp chat.
- Food delivery industries can use the address option to collect customer’s address ,can save and share the saved data to the customers via WhatsApp chat.
Like if the customer orders anything from the website. Provide address message appears on the customer’s WhatsApp screen which can directed the user towards the form template where the customer has to fill his details.
