What is RCS?
RCS (Rich Communication Services) is an advanced messaging technology that enhances traditional texting. It allows you to send not just text messages, but also multimedia, rich cards, carousels, and quick reply buttons. With RCS, you can engage in group chats, see when someone is typing, and know when your message has been delivered. It also supports verified business profiles, providing authenticity and trust through branded logos, colors, and unique designs for a more professional appearance. Unlike regular SMS, RCS ensures privacy with end-to-end encryption, meaning only you and the recipient can read your messages. In short, RCS makes texting more interactive, efficient, and secure.
