In MSGCLUB we are introducing a new type of verified WhatsApp chat template called the “Request Location” template. This feature allows businesses and enterprises to easily obtain the real-time location of their customers. With the “Request Location” template, businesses can send a message asking customers to share their current location. The customer can then simply click a button in the template, which will automatically send their exact location to the business. | How to send Request Location Template | In the MSGCLUB interface, users can create a request location template to obtain their customer’s current location. These templates can be sent to customers in three ways. Users can send them directly through WhatsApp chat or set them with a chatbot to trigger based on specific keywords or WhatsApp template. Additionally, outside the MSGCLUB panel, users can utilize the API provided by MSGCLUB to programmatically send their request location templates. |
