In the MSGCLUB interface, we provide our users with a feature named short key, with which they can create a short key on any template so that they don’t have to search for their template when sending any messages to their customer, and they can easily send their template by using the short key option from WhatsApp chat. Users can create short keys for both broadcast templates and chat templates.

| Create Short key from Broadcast template | User can create short key for their broadcast template in MSGCLUB. When sending broadcast template from WhatsApp chat user can simply type the short key name and there template will appear in the WhatsApp message box. |
| Create Short key from Chat template | User can create short key for any of the chat template from MSGCLUB. In the create template option, the user can choose any chat template, from the list, and click on the Add Short key button. In the short key pop-up, the user can type any short key name that they will be able to easily understand when sending their WhatsApp message. |
