Create a Short key for Broadcast Template in MSGCLUB

In the MSG Club interface, we provide our users with a feature named short key, with which they can create a short key on any template so that they don’t have to search for their template when sending any messages to their customer, and they can easily send their template by using the short key option from WhatsApp chat. In the WhatsApp chat option, the user can simply type an identifier and write their short key name, and their template will appear in the chat, which they can then send to the customer.

User can create short key for their broadcast template in MSGCLUB. When sending broadcast template from WhatsApp chat user can simply type the short key name and there template will appear in the WhatsApp message box.

How to Create 

Select Template>>Select broadcast Template>> short key button 

Steps – 1. Sign in to MsgClub with your User Name and Password 

Steps – 2. Select Verified WhatsApp service from Dashboard. 

Steps – 3. Select the template option from the left side panel. 

Steps – 4. Select the broadcast template option from the template section from the left side panel. 

Steps – 5. Select any template from the list of templates and click on the short key button. When you click on this button, a pop-up will open where you can create your short key for that template.

Steps – 6. Enter a short key name and click on the save button. short key will be created for the template.
