DLT Templates

To help user see and upload their DLT templates on MSGCLUB we have created DLT page where user can view their template and upload new DLT templates with multiple options on MSGCLUB

Name	Description
Search	Use {search} option to search templates with template id and template name
Filter	Filter template with Self created template and Client created Templates
List of Templates	All the templates that user have uploaded and added is shown in this list along with template information like template name, template Id and template type
Multiple Options to Add your Template	Add DLT Templates with multiple options as per the requirement

Search

Use {search} option to search templates with template id and template name

Use-case- User want to search the template with more specific search keywords so we have developed search option in such a way that user can search the templates with template name and template id

Filter

You can filter template with Self created template and Client created Templates

Self- By default template created for self will be shown

Client- To use this filter option need to use client name

Use case- Sometime few reseller or white label partner manage their customer account in such a way that they will manage template and they also send message using the template. Sometime their customer wants them to manage their DLT template or Update template as per DLT interface our white label partner can delete and view the template of their customer comfortably.

With our advance filter option our user can see template that they have created for themselves or they can filter template to see templates created for clients. In clients option user can search the templates with client name

Templates – All the templates that user have uploaded and added is shown in this list along with template information like template name, template Id and template type.

Template Name- Template is given a unique name to categorize it

Template ID– Template Id is a unique numerical value that user can set to differentiate their templates

Template Type – Template type is decided by TRAI and as per TRAI guidelines, the messages sent by any business or legal entity can be categorized into 4 types:

• Promotional SMS: Messages meant for marketing purposes. The intent here is to promote a product or service. Promotional messages can only be sent out to non-DND numbers.
• Transactional SMS: OTP SMS sent by banks are categorized as transactional SMS. All banks can send OTP to their clients from the Transactional route.
• Service Implicit: Messages other than bank OTPs such as order status, delivery status, account status, payment status, reminders, booking details, OTP SMSs from non-bank sites, and so on come under this category.
• Service Explicit: These are similar marketing SMSs, but can only be sent out to registered users and customers who have given consent.

Use case- In list of templates user can see all of their uploaded templates with the template information and username. This list of template will provide a comprehensive view to user of their work with all the relevant information presented to them.

Delete- There two option for user to delete their template, in first option they can individually delete templates by clicking on delete button in Action column or they can select checkbox on multiple template and use delete button from above to delete their templates. These features are included for user to have multiple choice in our interface and easier access to every option.
