Create WhatsApp Flow in Broadcast Template

User can create broadcast template to send reusable messages to customer. So to send flow to customer user can create a broadcast template by adding flow with Add Flow button and then only they can send flow templates to customers.

After creating flow from the Create Flow option, user can create a broadcast template and add flow in that to send it to their customer. For that user will have to add template information and use Add Flow button to add flow in the template from created flows.

Select category>>Type Template Name>>Select language>>Select Header>>Type Template>>Type Footer>> Select Add flow button>>Type flow button name>>Select flow

Steps – 1. Sign in to MsgClub with your User Name and Password

Steps – 2. Select Verified WhatsApp service from Dashboard

Steps – 3. Select Broadcast Template option from left side Panel

Steps – 4. Select Create Template option from above right side

Steps – 5. Select Template from scratch and click show button. When you click on this button a page will open with form where you can create your broadcast template with Flow.

Now you need to fill out the form – 

• Category – Select category from here
• Template Name – Write your Template Name
• Language – Select Template language
• Header- Select Header of your message. This is optional

• Template Format- Write your template and can add variable in the template

Use text formatting – *bold* , _italic_ & ~strikethrough~
Your message content. Upto 1024 characters are allowed.
e.g. – Sample message for {{1}}, The message is {{2}}.

• Footer – Write your footer here. This is optional
• Interactive Action – Select Add flow button and give name to that button

When you insert all the required details and click on save then a template with flow will be added and shown on the list of Broadcast template

Now you will be able to broadcast this flow to your customer
