After creating order detail template user can send their template to their customer using 4 different options from MSGCLUB panel. When customer select product from the WhatsApp catalogue user can send them these order detail template that will show the customer their reference id and order detail along option to review and make payment for their products.
User can send their templates to their customer by broadcasting it to bulk contacts or they can use WhatsApp Chat option to send order detail template directly from WhatsApp screen. User can also send template with personalize messaging by adding their client details in templates. And they can also use chatbot to create a series step which can be triggered at certain words. Apart from using MSGCLUB panel we have also created API to send Order detail Templates.
